Michael Zarling AP, Dipl.OM
Michael Zarling is a Board-Certified Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. He also pursued additional studies at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver.
Michael is licensed in the State of Florida and is certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Before pursuing Chinese Medicine, Michael served in the United States Army, retiring as a Sergeant First Class specializing in Reconnaissance. His military background shaped his disciplined, problem-solving approach to patient care and continues to fuel his passion for helping others heal physically and emotionally. His mission is to help patients restore balance, improve quality of life, and feel heard throughout the healing process.
Michael remains actively involved in the Veteran community and is committed to giving back to those who have served. Jupiter Acupuncture Clinic proudly offers a 20% discount to all veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders, including Police, Fire, and EMT professionals.
In addition to his clinical work, Michael is an active Board member of the Jupiter-Tequesta Rotary Club and values community service both inside and outside the clinic.
Michael lives in Jupiter with his wife, Dr. Kristel Gerow, and their three sons: Michael Jr., Alexander, and Damian.
